ICANN Withdraws Notice of Breach

ICANN, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, has announced its formal withdrawal of the February 2011 Notice of Breach against Employ Media, the registry operator of .JOBS, and confirmed that Employ Media is in good standing.

Why ICANN is wrong to claim Employ Media has breached its Registry Agreement

On February 27, 2011, the General Counsel for the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) issued a Notice of Breach of Registry Agreement to Employ Media. This unwarranted and unprecedented action was taken without any discussion with Employ Media and despite prior approval (twice) by the ICANN Board of Directors for the implementation of these fully disclosed operational plans.
